In colours of black, white, and sepia
Memories glide through my mind
Times flown so long ago
From a distant life,
Not my own.

Looking backwards into a window
Seeing something that was there
It just a reflection- it never existed.
Like falling down a tunnle
Glazed with mirrors and lights
Looking up just to glimps
The life they will one day be called "yours".

A deep ache inside
A yearning to fall back
To change, retry, rebiuld
To make something of the years lost!
I cannot touch them.
They have slithered away
And hibernate in a diary.

Well-done. Definitely on to something. Maybe heading towards a hint of Sylvia Plath, at her lighter moments; but only maybe.

Indeed your poem made me remember moments of my life, of a past that is gone by and can be relived but in a chamber of memories.

Of course it kind of transports me to a state I was a small boy in a distant land, a totally different setting, that cannot be compared with what I live today with .

Memories are assets and indeed worthy of collections. They are antiques we all esteem in point of fact.

Yours is a poem that really makes me relive the moments I held in high value.
It is indeed a beauty you have created.

This poem really does say a lot. I enjoyed it very much, in particular, the powerful ending you provided. Wow, so well said, bravo. :)
