Here I am, another bibliophile, searching for like-minded people and looking forward to sharing with you the sweetest vice of all. :D
I'm from Germany and have been an avid reader for years. My favourite writers are Friedrich Hölderlin and Franz Kafka; people who are, albeit very contrary in style, character, life and topics, both able to find words for what I feel in my innermost and still cannot express. Besides German literature Russian literature is the dearest to me, but I'm interested in many cultures and literature and hope to expand my literary horizon a bit. I don't read too much contemporary literature, what I prefer could be summarised as "classics" in the broader sense of that word.
Apart from reading I enjoy music and travel whenever I can. And now I shall explore the various subforums on here... :)
