Why I Don't Like Exchange Programs

From strange-starred skies

So I've no home
At all.


Every kid should be able to do an exchange program at least once in their life, because it's the most awakening and impossible experience possible. But it's hard as H E double hockey sticks, too!!

mir, I liked the way the words kind of poked me -- such a carefree format. Interesting ideas. But hey, at least you got to do exchange. I never had that opportunity (parents said NO, and that was that) ;) Cheers :)

I would love for a student to stay with us- we had a young Chinese girl once and we still love her. I could never let my children go. I don't think I could trust someone else to take good care of them.

Cool poem mir, I love the punchiness to it which definitely adds to the sense of lost direction. These lines really stood out amongst the rest:
