Dear forum users,
We are doing an academic research project on online service quality. We would be grateful if you could spare 3-5 minutes and complete our online questionnaire. The link for the questionnaire is provided below.

Thank you for your help and time.
P.S. Admin gave me permission to post this message.

EDIT:
We're doing a follow-up survey to finish this doctoral research. It has been decided by the faculty administration that one of the repsondents will win a Free 6GB iPod Mini (including free shipping) for her/his participation - this is open to everyone worldwide.
There are no open-ended questions in this questionnaire so it can be completed by only clicks.
There are two questionnaires: one about Hotmail, the other about Yahoo! Mail. These two websites were chosen because they are popular sites but this research is purely academic so data or results will not be shared with Microsoft Corporation or Yahoo! Inc.
Please enter your email only if you want to take part in the free iPod draw. Collected emails will not be used for any other purpose. When data collection finishes, the winner will be determined and contacted by email.

You can use the email on questionnaire pages if you have any questions.
Thank you for your time and participation.

Does anyone ever checked the link or even taken the survey?
I wish the thread starter gave further explanation about this so called academic reseach, the institution or the aim of the pool, etc. I'd perhaps willing to spend 2 or 3 minutes to fill in da Qs. I feel that the link is merely aimed for bussiness purpose i/o academic one.
Had a look, totally ignored it after reading the first question.

It's part of my Ph.D. project for Bristol Business School. The questionnaire is hosted on university's website so it should give you an idea about how legitimate it is...
The administrator whose username is 'Admin' gave me permission for this, you can ask him too...
Thanks for asking, I should have given more information in the beginning I guess.

Too lazy to do it. If I get paid, maybe. ;)
Web's full of surveys, guess people have to be a bitty pissed with those already, though this one's not in a pop-up window (yeah I know, school project, not an add).

i've honestly never thought critically enough about what makes a "better service website" to provide 5 factors i thought were helpful to your survey, so i didn't fill it out earlier.

Well I'm not sure if I can contribute well enough in here because I'm originally from Turkey (studying in the UK) and in the last 2 years I had been mainly reading stuff from comtemporary Turkish writers (I was more interested in foreign literature before that).
If you're interested I can suggest a few books that were translated to English tho.

If you can't seem to find a literary topic to contribute to, there's always the general chat part :).

true, true.
btw, a travel site i use got a makeover recently - forgot until riding the subway today. here are more suggestions should you want to include these as must-haves: enough white space (for an uncluttered look) and clean, bright images.

The winner of the iPod (among 300 participants) is determined by a draw:
Winner: rich@for____.org (I don't want to write the exact emails)
1st substitute: g522y1____@_____.com.au
2nd substitute: preludeto___@____.com
I've contacted the winner.
I'd like to thank all participants again for their contribution...
