Help find Children's Thanksgiving Poem

I am looking for a Children's Thanksgiving Poem from the late 1950's. It
had the following lines in it----

Two kinds of potatoes
Three kinds of cake
Ice Cream Candy and
No tummy ache
No school on Friday
Lots of time to run
Boy, Thanksgiving is alot of fun.

I'd greatly appreciate any help you can give me. I am almost on my wits end trying to figure out what im missing! if you need any additional info I can supply as much as i know. tyvm!

It sounds like it might be a Shel Silverstein poem as the elements you mention sound a bit familair, I will take a look and see if I can find the poem
