Word puzzles help

Well I thought this might be fun ( and helpful, in away) Basiclly if you have a clue in a word puzzle that you cant solve put it up here..one rule, NO USING GOOGLE or other internet resources to get the answer...

so my word is a 6 letter word for Sickly ending in M probably begining in I.
