Hello,

I'm Klingsor from Germany. I'm a historian and very old (41 years) ...
My favourite writers are Henry Miller, Walt Whitman, Arno Schmidt, Shakespeare, Hesse, Nietzsche and many others.

I thought I would have to apologize because my English is not perfect and I will make a lot of mistakes. But then I found this poll "Is English your first language?" - More than 60 % answer this question with "no"! Great!

And the gender poll shows that more than 60 % are female.

So I hope that all those non-English speaking women are not too strict with me ... :wave:

Hello Klingsor, Welcome to the Forums...I'm 39, so there is no way in hell you are VERY old! Gotta get that through to you... 100 Is VERY old....We are mature. I'm sure your English is better than most Americans, so welcome. I hope you like it here. Where are you from in Germany?
