I haven't read a full fiction novel in a long while, so I'd like to ask the literature community for suggestions on a good book to read.
I like drama books. Stories about life, love, and some adventure always keep me interested. If the book can appeal mostly towards teens, that would be even better.
Please help me out here, I really want to read.

there were a lot of good books mentioned here, even if you are a little older. It would help to know what age group you’re in
Try Huckleberry Finn by Mark Twain. It can be "deeper" than it appears on the surface when it comes to commenting on life and love. At the same time, it's adventurous and very entertaining.

Why don't you try to read Luther Blisset's Q? (Q is the title of the novel, I know it's weird, but that's it). I find that book absolutely amazing, it's one of the best books I've ever read.

I recently finished "After You'd Gone" by Maggie O'Farrell. It was a superb book. I'm sure others here would agree with me as this is where I first heard of it! I loved the imagery in it, even though the book was more plot-driven. It is a great story with about love, life, drama... I would highly recommend it!
Here is a list of short(-ish) classics:
Around the World in Eighty Days by Jules Verne
Of Mice and Men by Steinbeck
1984 by George Orwell
Candide by Voltaire
The Red Badge of Courage by Stephen Crane
1984 probably deals most with love, if you can call it that in the book. The rest are more about adventure or life, rather than love. I loved Poor Folk by Fyodor Dostoevsky, but I'm sure it would appeal to many teens.

Sounds very interesting, I'll try finding it at the library.

"My son,my son!..." by Howard Spring. It is quite a fascinating novel,it does have love and doubts in it,morality and immorality. It's classic and modern and very readable by teenagers. It's just that it is kind of long...But still readable in a short time...

Siddhartha, by Herman Hesse, is amazing. It is an easy to read eye opener, and will allow you to fully discover yourself while discovering the main character at the same time. I definitely reccomend this simply amazing novel.
