I´m writting a paper on Frankenstein and discrimination. It´s mainly about the effects discrimination has on people (in this case Frankenstein). If anyone could give me a hand, it would be great. Thanks.

Well just think that he was good but he became evil just because of discrimination... I felt that very deeply while reading the novel, the creature's unhappy cos noone wnats him (just because of his appearance, even before he has time to say/do anything!) and that's how, for revenge, he starts doing bad thinks...think for example of when he goes to the old man (forgot the name...Le or De something...De Lacey?uhm maybe not) to make him and his family friends of him, and he's sent away so harshly...that's when he decides to punish his creator I think... and there's a point when he helps someone who's drawning or sthg like that, and he's wounded cos they're scared of him...

At some point he says 'I am malicious because I am miserable'...and he's miserable cos he's discriminated, isn't he?

Ok I havent been very deep explaining this but that's the idea, think about it... and think of people in the real world and how they react when they are discriminated.

(sorry about my english, it's strangely getting worse instead of improving)

Not strange at all, Koa. Shaw wondered why the English coudn't speak English. The more we know the sloppier we get, eh?
