Xenophobia
I do not really understand for it matters not how you may believe:
Whether we evolved from common ancestors down though time,
Or were Created and started off with the Garden and Adam and Eve—
The point would stand that despite our differences we could trace bloodline
That would prove beyond all scope of reason that we all are kin somehow.
That is why the blood within my veins, Cherokee/Irish/German by nature,
Can be taken when the Bloodmobile comes calling. “O positive? Really? Wow!”
And perhaps it will save the life of a visitor from the Sudan, a gentle man, a preacher,
Struck down by a heart attack while visiting on this soil for humane reasons.
I have signed my donor card in case of dying in an unexpected accident.
It won’t bother me a bit who gets to keep living on what I’m leaving for many seasons!
I don’t have written on the card “Now none of these people need try to get!”
I was raised in an interracial neighborhood, all of our blood comes out very red:
I never ask anyone on here their color, some I still don’t know, but I know my friends…

Oh, well. I didn’t get the 26 done quite this year, I stared too late.
