Okay, in 3 words/terms you have to describe yourself :)
Please note: although I was initially planning on basing this on persona I suppose we can have appearances too. :thumbs_up
Myself?
1.) Strong-minded
2.) Friendly
3.) Curious

Haha why, I am all about..er.. giving difficult tasks? :)
Interesting choice of words there Lote.
You do baffle me sometimes, I think you are one big riddle and you enjoy every minute of it.
Self-Loathing... I understand many things Lote-Tree but that, coming from you I find difficult to fathom. Of course I donot know you personally and there may be many factors in your life that cause you to self-loathe but surely you exadurate?

Don't worry LadyW. It's nothing serious. It is always in the background. A steady hum drowned, most of the time, in the Enthusiams of the things that I engage myself with :D

Loathing is such a strong feeling, how can it be drowned so easily? Well, you must be very enthusiastic then Lote which is rather admirable. I do hope it is nothing serious...
Forgive me, I have a very annoying habit of being persistent when I see someone who appears to be troubled. I can't help but find out what the problem is and then try to solve it no matter how long it takes, many find it irritating but I cannot stop myself.

Troubled? - no. Not at all. I am quite reconciled with it.

Ha ha :D

So I can't escape you! Oh no! What have I done!!

LadyW don't worry. It's nothing serious. I assure you :D

I think it boils down to feelings of failure and worthlessness. But these are my inadequacies. Oneday I will overcome them :D

There does that make you happy :D

1) Gnomic
2) Protean
3) Fustian

:D

I'm not sure anyone caught the humor of my description of myself, so I will explain it (I know, I'm horrible at being humorous :p ).

The word "gnomic" means "wise and pithy, full of aphorisms." Obviously not me. :D My old track coach is gnomic.

The word "protean" means "changing form easily; variable, versatile." I could use this word to describe some part of me, but I probably wouldn't (you'll see why I used it when I reveal the meaning of "fustian").

The word "fustian" is a derogatory term for an overblown, pompous, padded, and ultimately empty style of speaking or writing. Hence my being bombastic in choosing words to describe myself (however inaccurately).

Seriously speaking, I would describe myself as:

1) Quiet (although, I am at times loud)
2) Complex (although, I am also simple when I choose to be)
3) Contradictory (basically sums up what I've already said)

My personality keeps changing so three words that describe me now, may not describe me later. Lately, I've been:
Airheaded - apparently that's a pregnancy symptom (or maybe I'm just realizing it :D)

Somehow I think we are all rather like the trees, constantly clothing ourselves with slightly different leaves although we remain essentially the same tree.

Let me see:

Gentle,
steadfast
visionary

in otherwords an interior person. Boring, right. But when I ran with my girlfriend through the woods like a crazed thing after covering police cars in foam right at the precint, I suppose I was a little more lively at the time. It breaks out of my otherwise inward life now and then. :) sorry it is scads more words than three.
