Yup, though about a year ago or so I had quite a list (even if not long but there was) of the things that I would have not wanted in myself but now it seems if those habits go out of me, I wouldn't be 'me' so I don't want to take any risk any longer. :p

Well, I could do without this unnerving tonsillitis, I have to say. I guess that counts - stronger immune system, maybe?

I hate my skin. It's very dry and irritable, sometimes (especially in winters) it even hurts to bend over, because the skin of my back is so dry.

Getting rid of all my allergies would probably do wonders to my skin, too, so maybe I should choose that option. It would also be nice to be able to breathe properly despite dust, animals and pollen.

And if I could change one thing about my character, maybe I'd want to be a bit more optimistic and outgoing. (Oops, that's two things :D Okay, just optimistic then.)
