Okay, so... bit of a silly thread here.
If you were a wizard or witch at Hogwarts, what would be your patronus?
I think I would have a fox... or a lioness :D

Ha-ha so sorry... are you familiar with the Harry Potter books/films?
The Patronus is a spell conjured to defeat "Dementors" and involved thinking of a happy moment... a great beam of light explodes from the wand releasing a luminated animal driving the "dementor" away. The animal depends on the witch/wizard.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE how you brought this up. I love anything and everything to do with Harry Potter! I have been thinking a lot, but I still can't come up with one though. I think of all of the characters and what theirs were in the books/films and I can't figure as to why luna's is a rabbit. I thought about what the other characters' were and I... well, if I HAD to choose, i don't know, i would think a... mustang or other type of horse, i suppose.

I think mine would be stallion but since that has been said my runner up is a gazelle.

And Luna's is a rabbit for many reasons I think. It has a somewhat ditzy appearance, sometimes with big lopsided ears but it really is an intelligent animal. Rabbits are also very resourceful and take what life gives hem with a stride. Rabbits are also very friendly but are also protective. I think this all describes Luna.

I know its really small but a Robin. There is just something about me and robins. I always feel protected if there is a robin about.

you can have a sloth, too. there are many sloths in the world. e.g. this little baby sloth. or would you prefer a big fat grown-up sloth?

I have been giving this a lot of thought and I still can't come up with a decent patronus.Does it definitely have to be an animal?I mean,I have a few people in mind around whom I feel safe...

I think I'd like my patronus to be a polar bear. Or a big terrible butterfly. Or maybe a very surprised ape.

A jackdaw or crow.
