Hello Book fans, I need some help and I know you guys can help me. I am an avid book reader, and so is my wife. With that being said, she wants a book for Christmas, and bless her heart, she can recite the entire story to me, but cannot remember the Author or Name of the book. So perhaps one of you can help. Here is what I can gather from her thus far:
A Lawyer (or professor/teacher) is convicted of a murder and asks and old student of his (a young woman i believe) to represent him in the case.
I know its not much to work with but any help you guys can give would be godsend. Thanks in advance.
