First off, this favour is no financial benefit to anyone, and no benefit to me whatsoever.
A friend of mine, Dee, has started up a small forum in New Zealand. She is an exceptional mother and very nice person and was a stalwart at another forum (these are horse-racing-based forums) but she got kicked off for having the most mild disagreement with its owner. Now, I'm pretty close to the action as I sponsor the one which kicked her off and I know that she's been pretty harshly treated and she used the forum as a support network. It's been up for two weeks and she's working hard to get it up and going - I've helped her pad up the forum and she's had a lot of friends joining, but I'm trying to make the place look a bit more exciting by getting a good visitor number up.
My request is that, if you are able to, visit the forum at around 10pm GMT Friday.
There's no need to register (although please feel free to do so and say hi)
I guarantee that no spam, no virus, nothing bad will happen from the visit and I repeat, there is no benefit to me in this aside from trying to make the day of a good Kiwi chick.
