View Full Version : Truth and God

God is what is not, and of course all you must do is deprogram all your mental software. For God is a disembodied entity, and we normally epitomize him. We meta-phrase him, framing him in a form we like it.

But I liken God to truth. Man seeking out God is at the base, trying to understand who he is. All of us wonder, and wonder at the fact that we are here and not knowing the fact that why we are here.

This is an enigma that man keeps on expanding his empire even if he is unsure of living a day longer. Is he amassing masses to bequeath all to his progenies. It is an air of sarcasm that man forgets his death and behaves as if he is immortal.
For with death he is cutoff entirely with his beings. Maybe an ego within him is manifest. What is that ego, the feeling of oneness or existence. That ego persuades him to understand what he is and his relationship with the environment he is from a microscopic perspective.

Is he a microcosm of the macrocosm? Is he related to something that precedes everything, including the creation of the universe?

Of course man never remained satisfied with his bodily limitation. A wall of mists standing as a smokescreen is what he wants to break and God is,perhaps this eternal search of him

I simply wonder and it gets me thinking all the while.
At the deepest, un-layering of course all the veneers that hide the truth he is eternally seeking for Truth and God are identical, a non-dual entity. Man never gave over or ceased seeking.
Who is not seeking? Materialists? They are too entangled in this eternal search, and matter is what they zoom in on, but strangely they are not out of this eternal eddy of seeking, and they try to search through manifestations of the highest truth.

Man indeed is unfatigued and keeps him focusedly busy with searching, no matter whether it is the end of matter, or God, or quantum mechanism. He is seeking timelessly. He is seeking for truth in relation to his existence on earth. He wants to know the ultimate origin of his life, going all the tangles that tether him. But what? The truth that interweaves him with HIM.

Do you have a few words to share?

{edit} this is the same thing as that other thread you started. deconstruct all of your things and you will find yourself and you are god fused to be human. at the center of the soul, beyond atman-brahma... blah blah blah. everyone has said it before. look up hinduism, learn it. zen buddhism even. all of the oldest eastern religions says this same thing, more succintly.

even saint aquinas said the same thing. he was catholic. read hime. he'll blow your {edit} mind if you think this stuff is way deep.

man is god, for god is the truth. man is the search for the truth, and the search for the truth is truth itself. life is the search, and because the search is truth, life is god. blah blah blah blibbity bloo blah. quit trying to define us again. by attempting to undefine humans, you are also putting them in a box. deconstruct your blah blah. what if humans are only the culmination of all of the **** that has been pored into them? read mark twain's what is man. its brutal. you will lose every time to that one. logicly it's flawless. it will kill you every time.

uh, let him share his ideas, champion...I'm quite sure he's well-learned in zen buddhism, etc., and the rest of us aren't well acquainted with such viewpoints. I personally, learn from his threads, because I've been too sheltered in my community...
just a thought...

Maybe you are right and of course you and me are not different entities and of course one organic whole, and indeed the sharing is there from one another. Ultimately the otherness that appears as a borderline blurs and we will emerge as a unified whole.
