Shadows follow me
were ever I go
they leave their footprints
on my soul.
They laugh when I cry
my eyes out,
they laugh when I brake
under pressure.
I can't run away from them,
I can't leave them behind,
they find their way
into my heart.
They lay on my chest
so I can't breath,
they lay there 'till I fall
'till I brake down in tears,
'till I realize nothing
can shake away my fears.
