I wrote this a couple of months ago, when I was afraid of losing a relative...please review!

When I sat beside you in happiness
I felt the happiness myself
For all shared...

Then when approaced a day of rain
I felt your worry
I felt your pain
I felt your sadness
Though not in vain
For all shared.

I could not imagine a place with you devoid
I could not.
I could not accept that you would no longer meet me in truth
Only in dreams, only in memories.

Now that all is over
maybe all I have left of you
are memories
of sitting beside you in happiness
in sunny days
