What's your daemon?

I've seen The Golden Compass recently and I'm wondering what kind of animal your daemon would be like. I suppose you have read the book already, it will make my explanation a lot easier.

Daemons are like your partners, they are animals who will stay by your side forever as long as you live. Every one of us have them (in the story of course). When they are hurt, you are hurt. They are like your best friend, your other half, your soul. You both became one at the precise moment you were born. It is hard for a person to lose his/her daemon. It will be like tearing your heart in two.

Mine would be an eagle. That's because it's my favorite animal in the world. :D What's yours?

Mine would be a wolf. Beautiful and wild. Wolves are pack animals and usually don't attack humans, but they'd fight fiercely for their young and pack. They're also very misunderstood.

Haha! Just imagine your daemons are with you all the time! Dog, wolf, owl, pig, etc. Maybe right now my pet eagle is beside me watching at the computer screen and constantly telling me what I should write. :lol:

I would love to think that it would be a Dove i love them always have.

The movie has not been released here is Australia yet but i am so looking forward to it i have read all three books and loved them, i just hope the movie lives up to the books.
