A pale body lays before me.
motionless.
skin dry, flaky and pale.
lips are chapped.
clothes torn and dirty.

The body thin and sickly,
emotionless.
resembling a skeleton,
representing death,
instead of life.

Well. Okay.
Perhaps if you had titled this Emotionless I would have gotten more feeling from it. And maybe that's the point and I just missed it.
You gave a good description but I guess I wanted to see how you were involved in it, rather than just reporting.
