When ever I tried to contact her
She said she was very busy
Had no time for me,
No time to respond.
Heart broken I lay in a niche of my soul
And was one day shaken by a thud;
I got up and tried to figure out
As to what had happened?
At the same moment the phone bell rang
And she was on the other side
Telling me she was dying
And needed my help
To grant her some time--
Time, which used to be her forte.
Out of compassion, I rushed to her help
But her time was over
She was timelessly plunged into
The Ocean of Eternal sleep.
