First of all, I have read both of these books multiple times, and love them both. I was just wondering if anyone could give me some feedback on a thought I had a few days ago, whether Bradbury modeled the fugitives outside of town in farenheit 451 after the Fringes in the Chrysalids. Both groups exhibit certain characteristics ie: acceptance of circumstance, personal battles (the intellictuals in farenheit 451 memorizing texts, the fringe raids against the town in the chrysalids.) I'm new to these forums, so go easy on me!
thanks,
Joe.
