Moods

I live moodily
I do things moodily
If I am in a good mood I behave openely
But this mood is nothing enduring
Is indeed in perpetual flux

There are more things to change moods these days
At home ideas clash and I fight
At work expectations are not met and that aggravates the situation
In nature too we have to acclimatize to its changing seasons

Everything else creates a variety of moods
Moods are what construct my thought
And moods often coerce me deconstruct the same thought.

I am here with you on the thread with a mood
and I write and make rejoinders out of moods
I am in corntrol of moods,
Wheter creativity or destructability all comes out of moods

I am won over by moods.

I am eternally seeking for elixirs that keep up my moods
So that I can be eternally happy
Spiritiuality is not a panacea nor any faith could be an answer.

I am an eternal seker for the antidote
That keeps my moods in good spirits

The word panacea is very interesting, I've never heard of it before, I'll have to remember that one.

Comes from the Greek and it means "cure-all." The prefix
"pan" usually means "all" unless it's a specific reference
to the god Pan, a satyr.
Another word you might know-- "Pandora" that was the name of the busybody who opened the famous box thus letting loose all the evils of the world. Pan+ dora + "all evils or "sorrows"

Incidentally, "Panacea" was the title of a great tune from the 40s by Woody Herman and his band. That was before my time, but I am fond of music from that era.
