Customize a Title

I'm not sure if this is the right section for this, but how long do writers actually spend time on thinking of their titles?

has anybody ever thought of a different title to those well known stories, novels, poems, or anything?

you know ,, often I think and named the title before writing what I want either story or poem or whatever like title of design or photo

the title of The Merchant of Venice I like it to be --} Rich Lead Casket
