I just got to the part, where O'Brian and Winston meet in the hall, and Winston recieves O'Brien's address. When O'Brien wrote down his address, he did so that the telescreen could see. Why would he do that?

O'Brian is in the Inner Party. Simply, he does not have to live in fear because he gets things that the Outer Party could not even imagine.

The reason O' Brien showed the telescreen him writing his address was to be smart. He had already given Winston an excuse to come to his house. If he acted furtive when he gave Winston his address, the people listening and watching through the telescreens would have been suspicious. By clearly showing his address, he proved to them he was being truthful. He had to act as if it was no big deal to be seen talking and writing to Winston.
