Wonderful site, but there is in my eyes a major flaw. When you type in a search request the engine only retturns one use of the term in each chapter. As well it links you to the beginning of the chapter and not to where the sentence quoted. This makes many of the queries almost useless, because popular words such as "love" or other general themes are likely to appear multiple times in every chapter. I've seen some search engines use highlighting of the queried term to solve this problem maybe you should try it.

Well why would you search for love? You admit its very general, how could such a general search be of use to anyone? The search engine assumes you're searching for something more specific than love.

The search engine does bring you to the exact spot on the page where the term is found.

The 1 instance per chapter thing is an issue that I do know about, however it's not easily fixed. This is an issue when searching any database. For instance on Google you don't get a single page listed twice in the results because the term is listed twice on the page. The page is only listed once.

The search is currently a phrase search because I think thats the most useful way to do it. I could make it a boolean search and then I would be like search engines in that I could rank chapters based on the number of occurences of your search criteria. However if you tried searching for a phrase this wouldn't let you so in the end it would make it harder for people to find specific passages.
