Right now I can only think of The Sound and the Fury by William Faulkner and Ada, or Ardor by Vladimir Nabokov..
What are some other novels that have been, legally or illegally, put online, with more than just an exact duplicate, but annotations and criticism?

Most of the online literature does not have criticism connected with it, but the Poe society of Baltimore has many different versions of much of Poe's work.
