I've looked for you all around
in the living room, bedroom
basement, garage,the loft,
the terrace, the lawn
and even in the washing and cleaning zones
I wonder where have you gone,
where you could be?
the night is too cold
longer than the Silk route
every moment without you
is like a leap year
nothing to heat
no not cup of coffee
no comforter to slip in
no lover to embrace
please come out
wherever you are
enough of this hide and seek
I cannot sleep, I cannot dream
of love without you
be nice and show up
come out from behind the mirror, please!

it is often when we are looking that we cannot see what is all around us...

There were several points I liked about this Maz. I liked the way it seems to wander through the house in search of love and I know that coffee is never as satisfying whey you wake up alone. It’s the last line I’m curious about- Is it himself he sees in the mirror and wants?

come out from behind the mirror, please!

You indeed wrote with a mysterious tone, and here you seem to be seeking for a lost lover, but it is a deeper search, and even levers can not be so deeply intimate, and something more intimate than that.

Poems are indeed something mysterious things and of course they are not easily interpretable, and perhaps that is why they are poetries or else they would have been proses.

I can not fathom the depth of your understanding, to see the vernal of it I can not break the hard shell of your images.

Yet I think at a deeper level, all you want to say is you are seeking for something more intimate and indeed closer thing maybe some entity within us that enables us to love, share, feel compassionate and the like
