The three powers of the book that Orwell wrote were Oceania, Eurasia, and East Asia. These three powers are very comperable to the powers in 1984 of the United States (Oceania), the Soviet Union (Eurasia), and China (East Asia). But I now pose a question. If you compare these powers to todays times, What would the powers be? Because, clearly there is no Soviet Union. I am actually very interested in this topic, so if you could help me out please? Thanks!

I don't think you can. Since the demise of the USSR, their power-bloc has evaporated. I don't think we're talking politics if I note that in 2007 there is only one superpower - the US-UK-NATO alliance - in strategic terms.

There are a few splinter groups only - radical islam, for example - but if Orwell wrote 1984 today, he'd need to have a worldwide oligarchy arising.
