Both distraught, equally dull.
Time progresses, steadily so
Once seemingly quick, now moves slow.
Daily routine, a normal flow
Always definite, no new places to go.
Desires of more, never low
Attempt at change, continuously foiled by an invisible foe.
Such depressing truth to forever know,
