A Devil Par Excellence
mazHur

A double-faced monster
A phony, a dissembler
A devil par excellence
He won't hold to what he believes
Does against what he says
He would listen to what you say
And agree to it on your face
But as you are gone
Or he's left to his own
He'd remark all you said
All he heard
As bull****.
He's the king of all Evils
A black prince, a faithless brat
A rogue, a moron, a demon in camouflage
He's enemy of hearts, of love
And rejoices in creating hate and turmoil
For a relentless fruitless gain
To the loss of humanity
Let us save our necks
From the clutches of this nasty monster
And pray for our hearts and souls
To be safe from his wicked overtures
Worse than the bite of a Cobra
Or a blood-sucking vampire
He's a living dead
An accursed bum
An hypocrite.

wont that be "does against what he says" in the 5th line? and " A hypocrite" in the last?

the use of "bull****", "bum", "brat" sounds a little disturbing, but i see everyone uses them nowadays hehe.

i think something in this poem is a little banal, could be just me though.

thanks
5th line reads,'' Does against what his says'', what else?

Hypocrite is usually followed by 'An'----Queen's English !

yes, facts are usually 'banal' ; one doesn't find hypocrites in the spiritual world, I suppose?

Any angry poet is a dreadful thing; he will use everything to manifest his(or her) feelings in a particular situation.

Khoopcha !

The devil you imagine is part of us, and it's spirit flows in our veins too and at at times when it gets a chance gets manifest into a bigger and deadlier size and shape.
