Beauty

by Luo Yihe

I hear the rain again
dropping in blossom
Still is your little roof
shallot-like green

The sun shining your back
and the spring-snow afloat
It's a sense of earliness
Made me expect you
You, are the sapiential grass
Beginning to know the human spirits

:)
that is too, too beautiful. i like to read this two lines at a time, they are like little perfect morsels that way.
"dropping in blossom" and "shallot-like green" - very nice.

oh, and re: "Still is" - it's not easy to write like that and sound natural. well done.

Always love the chinese cultural spirit in literature. When I read the lines I don't feel vagueness but the ripples of endless emotion and more.

All is just right. All is just beautiful.

I am so glad that you love this poem. It's just from my poor translation.
And I think a lot of emotions cannot be translated, especailly the Chinese ancient poetry which is the treasure of Chinese culture.

Well, if you like, I will try my best to translate more.
