Are things that we want things that we need

Are we driven by love or perhaps by greed

Is who we are the things we own

Is a king a king without his throne

I want a girl, she wants a guy

Those things that we want both make us cry

For what we want is not what we need

It's in this in which our sadness feeds

We all want things we cannot get

The grass is always the greener yet

Remember this for it is true

Remember it in all you do

Wants will change from day to day

They transform just like a potter's clay

But needs remain and should be met

If not this life will be regret

So get up quickly and with much speed

And grab on to those things you need
