I'd love to hear back from anyone else on this forum who has read
"a Quest Among the Bewildered" by Wulf Zendik or any of his other books or poems. After reading this novel I feel like there's a tiger loose in the world, big enough to really do some damage to the fear and apathy that keeps we humans from truly living up to our potential. I went to the zendik.org website to read about this man and his writing, philosophy and poetry are incredible. Why he is not world famous I can only ascribe to a lack of interest in it on his part... http://www.zendik.org/Arts/litindex.html

Listen to me:
I tell you we are of the universe…
We were formed
in the unfathomed Cozmik Crucible
by the ancient frozen fires
of forgotten super novaed suns…
we were forged and tempered
in the pull and warps
of intergalactic gravitational and magnetic fields—
as comets of starstuff
with million-miled flaming tails
we streaked the heavens and, flung by solar winds,
came upon this green global paradise
we named Earth…
we are sons and daughters, cousins, aunts, uncles,
mothers, fathers and children
of the Universe…
