Giving blood seems to make me go hyper so now I have a random idea I know I wont be able to sleep until Ive discussed it so help I have to be up at 630 for work tommorow.
So a library...Nossa has got me thinking could you charge people to
use a 'circulating library' if there is practically no other option in the country and do you think anyone would come.
In other words people living in countries with a terrible lack of libraries ( Like Egypt) would you pay a fee for the year in exchage for unlimited access to any and all books I could get.
And what you buy what would you censure.... could you I well you know what I mean really be responsible for hundreds of people reading?
Do you go lit snob? or doo you buy anything and everything and let anyone read anything...or do you put age restrictions on books ........
