I in my opinion-rating book different than movie because the books require imagine and good knowledge in language vocabulary. In other hand movie focuses in picture and sound put why they raring movie? Because movies have sexuality practice, crime, blood, which can be harm the youngest. Books also can contain same thing but I think rating book is difficult than movies because we need standard to measure that is benefit or harm the youngest reader.

Well, Americans are not exactly known as avid readers so I doubt that it will ever be a big issue here.
