I would like to speak to you about love...
Not Love in the abstract, but
a particular love...though every love
is particular, quirky, something only
the two lovers know. They know it
in the nuance of every syllable they exchange.

A mere “Hello” can have witty connotations
or mean God! how I desire you!
I long for your body, mind and heart.
I dream of you, day and night!
Each letter of your name
is a mystic rune in which I read
our past, our present
and our future...

“Hello” can mean all of that and
“I love you” is the Rubaiyat
of Omar Khayyam, the Song
of Songs, and all the poems
I have yet to write for you.

Those you cannot say because
They have not been created yet.

I hear them, in my soul.
I could not repeat or articulate those words
For they might not even be words.
They might be thoughts, feelings, or anything...
But―
They are mostly silences.

Your silence tells me how much you love me.
Your silence ― when I just said something that touched your heart;
Your silence ― after our love-making;
Your silence ― when your hear my faint breath,
From the other side of the planet.

I hear you screaming,
In your silence.
I hear you crying
In your laughs.
And my name
Makes up for all the words of your poetry.

The Prince and the Princess have no idea of where they are going, but they keep rising together, hand in hand, and with each new day when the sun rises as well, it brings them the warmth that helps them to build a new part of their kingdom. Each day brings something more, something beautiful.
