I see you everywhere
In God.
I meet you everywhere
In reflection.
At one time you manifest yourself
into a mother.
At another into a sister.
Now a lover.
You mothered my children.
Sometime you appear as a school teacher,
at times as a neighbor
again you are friend.
You are a father figure
and even a son.
You are my boss,
then servant too.
You are my enemy at times and
a close associate too.
A single you manifest into many forms
In short you are relationship,
through you I relate myself to multitudes.

That this earth is common to all is a fact.
That no one must try to colonize it is also a fact.
This is a notion of everyone.
Yet we are always in friction.
Might is force that pushes down everything.
You need to capitulate to power.
Even in your family there is the role of might.
Everywhere it is rampant.
People theorize their ideas into laws.
Laws can be amended to suit particular interests.
Laws appeal to the weak.
The mighty can amend them.
We have democracy.
It safeguards everyone's right.
Right to property and prosperity is
one of the slogans of democracy.
Equality and equal opportunities are some of the catchphrases.
Where is equality?
In the book of laws.
In the speech of a politician.
You are free to choose a job.
You join an office.
You can not work honestly.
The first thing you must learn is to please your boss and betray your friend.
The same thing happens everywhere.
Democracy, freedom, equality, right are buzzwords for the weak.
The powerful can change them.
Powerful countries are like big fishes.
They can swallw an din fact they do smaller ones.
How do you expect harmony.
Seek them in poems to solace yourself.
Not in reality.
Not in life.
not in society.
Please give your comments.

We amass enormous wealth thinking that it secures our future.
Everyone has a future of his own to secure.
You wall your future with property.
You birthed children thinking that they too will secure you when you will be aging.
You build a house and stuff it with things.
Buy more land and secure a good bank balance and insure yourself against a variety of risks.
You do it, my friend, and I do it.
I have seen souls who live under bridges, in slums and some in streets bunking there.
They live on daily wages.
If it rains their children will have nothing to live off.
With not even a handful of food.
In winter they have rags on their bodies with holes.
Who cares?
The government?
There is no government to take care of them when they are in need.
The government intervens when their existence poses threats to the rich.
Ideologies pile up.
You idealize communism, socialism, capitalism and the rest of bull****.
There is still inequality.
Colonization is still on the lose.
If you are sensitive to such cases you can not be a politician.
you will be a poet.
What can a poet do but compose poems
for the rest of other poets.
For the rich do not poems.
Politicians do not read poems.
The weak read poems.
The wheel of the world turns this way thru millenia.
The lot of the weak never improves.
Stacks of ideologies are hogwash.
Nobody cares.
Please write comments if you read it.

Yes, I am from Nepal. I work as a software developer for living and write poems as a hobby. But I really like to write poems from the heart. :) I love photography, music, philosophy etc...

I think you are finding your voice as a poet. I only have two suggestions.
Do not use profanity in poetry. Poetry is about imagery invoking the message of your poem. Gutter language we hear enough of every day. Show me your anger, don't tell me.
It is not weak to be a poet. Poet voices write the songs, the remembered verses to which people will stand up and give notice. The protest songs and poems against slavery became some of the best known hymns. Ask almost anyone who knows what poem is on the Statue of Liberty, at least part of it will be quoted.
Be proud to be you, and be proud to be a poet! You're coming along fine. I want to see more from you.
