Do not rattle the cage of the resident bear,
or walk unguardedly past
the killer worm with its one eye
out for you. There will be mischief
and mayhem, soon enough
for the earth turns slowly
but sure. The sun
charges the heavens
with fire and light
and it does so for believers
and unbelievers alike.

Good point Prince. And a lovely poem.
Thank you.

Indeed. "On the just and unjust." A nice poem, Jerry. I know this old poet was acting bear-like the other day. Mea culpa, everyone. And thanks for a beautiful poetic reminder, Jerry.

Yes, indeed.
