1. Hemingway parodies the Lord's Prayer in his short story "A Clean, Well-Lighted Place."
2. Jesus' words were "Forgive them father for they know not what they do," and these words were echoed by Jim Casey (Note initials "J.C.") in The Grapes of Wrath.
3. If I remember correctly, T.S. Eliot's poem "The Hollow Men" also alludes to the Lord's Prayer - but only using a few words ("For thine is -").
*Note: Jesus could not have said what you initially quoted - He was sinless.

Yeah "Forgive me father for I have sinned" is the beginning of the Act of Contrition.

Probably not exactly what you're looking for but "Amos and Andy" had a show where Amos, I think, speaks the LP with music in the background, or maybe he interprets it. I just recall that it was an exceptionally sincere and deep rendition of it.

This doesn't count for "literature," but I'll share anyway; there is a mockery of the Lord's prayer buried in the mix of one of the songs on Pink Floyd's Animals album; I forgot which song - either "Pigs" or "Dogs."
