Immortal

The words you seem to say
Burn a quick line across my wrists
Killing me slowly you watch me bleed
God forbid I should taint your spotless floors.

A glance, a touch, a never-not
When even a kiss is a sin
I love you
I love you so,
But your love is killing me.

Slowly
You dance that dance of tar and feathers
Primordial like thunder and lightning
Fighting above
Softly, as every you kiss me
Watch my blood in your hands

Movement, steps
Living dead
And deathly life
You kill me in the name of love
As I kill you in the name of life.
