I saw a history channel program about this too, lol.

If I am correct, the Da Vinci code said that (and I haven't read the book or seen the movie, this is what I got from the television program) the holy grail was not a chalice, or anything like that, but the bloodline of Jesus; His child, originally, and after that, his descendents. Something about how John, in the Last Supper, was actually a woman, and the lover of Christ? Something about how Christ in this picture, and the woman, make a V? I guess I don't remember too much else...just that the secret was kept by Da Vinci and revealed in subtle clues.

I don't know if they made too big a deal, what was their reaction? I don't see why this should be threatening or anything to anyone. If I were the church, I would just ignore it, and correct anyone who asked me about it. The Da Vinci Code is a work of fiction, if I'm correct.
