When asked to describe me, my friends said I was obsessive. I agree with that, so was wondering who or what you guys have been obsessed with?

At the moment its teachers (especially my english teacher!)

I also like to nitpick at other people's grammar and spelling though mine is not perfect either. I'm unpossibly a stickler to rules.

I'm awful at that. I'm always correcting my friend. I have to cut in when she's talking and say "was, not were" or something.

I corrected my dad the other day, which was pretty cool cos he's a very clever guy.

it'd be easier to find out what I'm not obsessed about...

at the moment the main obsessions are The Cure, Anna Achmatova (poet), a guy I have a crush on, and all sort of questions about behaviours (particularly mine). And of course I've been internet-obsessed for years.

I'm obsessed in trying to find out, what makes people tick and why they say what they say.

My obsessions are constatnly changing, I move on quickly once I understand somehting. It's only when I don't understand that I harp on something, usually a thought or an idea. As for physical obsessions I would say the same as wx6 and of course the most obvious and shared answer of this forum.

Yeah...this forum, grammar and spelling, other peoples' perception of me, my weight, my complexion, and especially how other people are feeling. I wonder, "what could they be thinking NOW? How about NOW? and NOW?"

as i have posted before, i am obsessed (as you all seem to be) with this forum. but my own highly unique obsession (i think) is my oral hygeine wierdness. refer to major malfuntion thread for more info if you want it. i am also obsessed with cat hair and its removal from my bed. it seems to be really bad right now due to seasonal shedding and i want to go in there with a pair of tweezers and remove each hair individually. instead i use the cat brush and brush my sheets twice a day (i wont tell you how often i feel the need to brush the poor cat!! it would be in his best interest to stop shedding soon!)

EDIT: and elipses...i cant seem to get through one post without using them somewhere..............sometimes mulitple elipses together. i dont know why

there is a particular stretch of road that I refuse to drive on the correct side of.

I live in a rural part of the state. I don't have that problem. If I do, I will wait... probably... might depend on my mood.

I forgot about my most evident obsession:
PURPLE

I keep buying purple clothes (or sometimes black, but purple os taking over). Today i was wearing purple trousers and purple jacket. Once a friend of mind had to stop me before I bought too much purple. Purple purple purple.

Thanks emily for reminding I'm obsessed about spelling too. And also about what (some) people think.
