LOL that's cool! I like the metaphor!!! Ingenious! I'm not sure I like the repetion of the first line at the end, it sounds somehow too 'classic'... But that's a good job anyway :)

It's neat. I agree with Koa, and "I could just press stop" is a much more powerful last line. It has an abruptness that's very illustrative of the idea.

cool. i have often wanted a remote to turn off other people. i never thought of the implications of having a 'life remote' to pause and rewind, mute and fast forward.
i like the flow, but i also agree with Em and Koa.
