"The good earth" of Pearl Buck is a fabulous story about Chinese peasants. I think it would be a nice thing to post her novels online -- these are essential stories so that Western people can understand about Asian cultures and their people. Her other excellent novels are: "East wind, west wind", "The three daughter of Madame Liang", "The dragon's seed"...:)
