This is a picture I drew all by myself when I was in fourth grade. I just get this happy feeling whenever I look at this, perhaps because it's my own creation which brings me the memories of old times when I was very much interesting in drawing. And it's the only one that has still survived, no matter how much a piece of a poor drawing it is. :p

Fourth grade only, Pensive? I can't even draw like that at sixteen! Seriously, nice work!

Here's one for you, kiobe. This is Howard Shore, composer of the phenomenal Lord of the Rings score. Every time I see this pic I smile. http://www.hollywoodawards.com/images/2003/howardshore.jpg

Thanks guys for the compliments! I feel so . I had always critisized this drawing saying the arms and hands looked extremely funny...

No, actually. I don't draw now, left practicing it as a hobby about three years ago. I don't exactly remember why I did so, but I have this faint idea it was perhaps because I didn't like the Arts teacher. And you know what children are like... It's understandable when they start disliking the subject because of the subject-teacher, though it's not a wise thing, of course. :)

But a few weeks ago, I drew this picture thinking I might turn back to this hobby, but it was such a thing that I think I drew much better when I was seven! Didn't hold the pencil after that to practice drawing as a hobby. :p

In my son's 7th grade art class the teacher made all the kids copy a picture but had all of them draw it upsidedown. He said that way, the kids would just use thier left side of thier brains. The pictures were remarkably artistic and really cool looking, very stylized.
