:yawnb: Alright so this is the drill. I have a final in my literature class and i have been reading some really boring literature. Most of it has to do with Steibeck. Read the stories did my work, but in his book " The Long Valley" one of his stories i read i just cannot find any connection between the characters and the landscape so please someone tell me what the theme is and the connection of the landscape is. i have come up with one assumption regarding to the Landscape because she does feel traped in the valley and everthing but i just cannot figure out how the men who fixes pots made her realize how her husband does not appreciate her. thats where i cannot find the connection...so anyone HELP ...thanks
