actually i was hoping someone can help me, if u have read catch 22 , can u tell me if u consider yossarian a Marxist

No, Marxism is materialist, and Yosasarian was anything but a materialist. I think that the whole book can be regarded as rejection of materialism.

don't maxists believe in equality, since they don't like capitalists and think that everyone should have equal share
isn't yossarian complaining about that , doesn't he feel unfair that he has to die by doing more missions??

Does Yossarian believe in equality?? It didn't seem that way to me. Don't you think the circumstances surrounding the ever-increasing mandatory number of mission was unfair? One can be opposed to nureacracy and not be a Marxist...
