That part when he said he wants to work more and more and harder for prosperity of Animal Farm.

Chapter 6. Napoleon is always right and I'll work harder were his modus vivendi.

He expands on it further about 3/4 of the way through Chapter 7.

Boxer: I would never have believed that such things could happen on our farm. It must be due to some fault in ourselves. The solution, as I see it, is to work harder."

This covers his patriotism perfectly - the farm is so good and perfect that the fault must be with the animals.

There are many examples of Boxer 's patriostism, firstly after the revolution he throws his straw hat into the fire as in the animal commandements 'no amimal should wear clothes' secondly Boxer has his 2 motto s 'I will work harder' and 'Napoleon is always right', thirdly he gets up earlier and works later during the constrution of the windmill and doesnt take Clover s advice about resting.
When Squealer states that Snowball was in cahoots with man all the time Boxer is unwilling to accept this until Squealer mentions Napoleon.
