I hope this game isn't already on here under another name: I've looked through all the game titles and can't see anything that sounds like it might be, though, so here goes.

Your entry should be a place-name beginning with the last letter of the previous entry: thus "Stockport" could be followed with "Todmorden" or "Timbuktu". If some joker plays "Halifax", the nexy player's got a problem, but there are a few place-names beginning with X. Towns, cities, villages, hamlets etc. are allowed, but not counties, states or countries, and not street-names. River and Mountain names are allowed if you must, but try to stick to towns etc.
